I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) providing individual in-person services in Oakland, CA and telehealth sessions throughout California. I work with adults looking to navigate boundaries (setting, adjusting and maintaining), cope with stress and anxiety, develop self-awareness and work through traumas, injustices and impactful experiences. My therapeutic approach is warm, non-judgmental, person-centered, and collaborative. My hope is to support you in better understanding yourself and living with more agency and authenticity within the contexts of your life.
My Approach
I use principles of existential analysis along with humanistic, person-centered and psychodynamic frames. My intention is to help you develop skills to better understand yourself through exploring how you are and how you want to be.
